Hi, my name is Huang Shi-Ru. I know nothing about cooking, just like to watch cooking programs from TV channel. Untill one day I touched “Rouxbe"; It opened my eyes towards the cooking explore journey. I like to cook, I enjoy wondering at traditional market；I like the chef who care one single piece of rice. I read & translate recipes. I also learning my Chinese’s cooking both from English & Chinese by the net.
